Join us for A Comfortable Stay in our Anchorage Turnagain home which features vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and fireplaces, nestled up to a wooded park in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideally situated near the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, and only 2 miles from downtown, and less than 4 miles to the airport.  We offer 3 guest bedrooms, each with queen beds and private bathrooms. Upstairs rooms offer en suite private baths, and walk-in closets, while the room on the main level’s bath is adjoining. Breakfasts are Continental style and frequently featuring home-baked goods.

Offering our guests a genuine and uniquely Alaskan experience

Our bed and breakfast is at the back of a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled against a wooded park and only minutes from downtown, whether you are pedaling, cross country skiing or driving.

We believe in sharing, and taking care to be considerate of all on the planet; in doing the best we can as much as we can; and in learning, laughing, and living this crazy fabulous life to its fullest. We hope you'll join us.

We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

All the best,

Kristine and Ron

Kristine was raised in Skagway, Alaska. As an accountant and business professional she likes to balance out with recreational activities that can be pursued anywhere: running, reading, biking, hiking, dancing, skiing, softball, volleyball, learning, exploring, traveling and epicuriosity.

Ron was raised in Minnesota, attended college in Montana, and graduate school in Fairbanks, Alaska. As a biologist, falconer, DJ and public radio / TV personality, he is also well versed in Alaska politics (having served as special assistant to two of Alaska’s governors, and finance aid to a representative) and history, is a trivia buff and loves just about everything in life, especially teaming up with Kristine in whatever opportunities life presents.

We do our best to be energy efficient, use renewable resources, to give back at least as much if not more that we take, and reuse, repurpose, or multi-purpose as much as possible...and within reason. =)
